Total Nonstop Action, a once promising wrestling promotion to a now failing embarrassment. They were on the rise, because it was filled with so much stars with potential like,
- Christopher Daniels a.k.a. "The Fallen Angel"
- Chris Harris a.k.a. "Wild Cat"
- A.J. Styles a.k.a. "The Phenomenal"
- Sanjay Dutt a.k.a. "The Playa from the Himalaya"
The are now filled with so much disappointing talent that could kill a promotion within the next 5 Years like,
- Kurt Angle a.k.a. "The Olympic Hero"
- Kevin Nash a.k.a. "Big Sexy"
- Christy Hemme
- Booker T
- Rhyno
- "Team 3D"
They claimed that they are innovative when it comes to matches, but however I haven't seen anything different that sets this promotion apart from the WWE, Old-School ECW, IWA or any other promotion that is still going strong. Most of the matches that TNA has is almost in every way, shape or form similar in concept like the matches in the WWE. Those matches are as follows,
- The Ultimate X - Ladder match, except you climb the trusses and shimmy along the cable.
- The Six-Sides of Steel - Cage Match
- Lethal Lockdown - Hell in The Cell
- Feast or Fired - Similar in the "Money in the Bank"
Their fans claimed that their promotion has the best wrestlers, yeah, however that was long time ago, they had some talent, but they are all gone. Superstars like, Austin Aries and Roderick Strong were one of the best rising stars on TNA, but now there not because they left 3 - 4 year ago, due to them being unhappy in TNA.
If TNA claims that they're the best in the industry then why are most of their home grown stars leaving? Why are some of the stars that had a run in the WWE, never consider going back? and Why are some of their superstars, claiming that they are unhappy with the direction of the company? Those are some of the questions that the TNA fans have to contend with.
TNA is getting stale and fast, because Dixie Carter (photo located above) is not considering on getting new fresh talent to wrestle in her promotion. The only superstars that she's trying to get is WWE "Wash-outs", that I don't understand. She never lets a new star rise, she likes to push the "already established" stars to the forefront of the company. I know that I'm not the one to order her around, but if she doesn't get any new stars then she'll lose the interests of her and TNA fans.
More reasons to why TNA is going downward will be coming soon........
